These terms apply to the Goldly Android app
(com.progedify.goldly), published by Progedify. By using the app you
agree to them.
The short version: Goldly gives you gold prices and calculators. The prices are indicative and come from third parties. Nothing in the app is financial advice, and you should not treat a number in it as a quotation from any jeweller or dealer.
Goldly shows market gold prices, converts weights between gram, bhori, ana, rati, point, troy ounce and kilogram, estimates jewellery prices and resale values, and lets you record your own gold holdings for your own reference.
Prices are supplied by third-party providers, are cached, and may be delayed. The app shows the source and the time of the last update, and tells you when a price may not be current. A jeweller, dealer or bank may quote a different price, and we are not a party to any transaction you enter into.
Every calculator produces an estimate from the figures you enter — including making charges, VAT and discounts, which vary by seller and jurisdiction. The investment projection compounds a growth rate you choose; it is an illustration, not a forecast, and it uses none of your holdings.
Goldly does not provide investment, tax or financial advice, and no part of it is a recommendation to buy or sell anything. Decisions you make are your own.
Your portfolio is stored on your device only. See the Privacy Policy for what the app sends to our server and what our advertising partner collects.
Please do not attempt to scrape, resell or redistribute the price data served to the app, or to access the app's backend by any means other than the app itself. The data is licensed to us for use in this app.
Features that depend on a licensed data source are shown only where that licence exists; the app hides a market or feature rather than showing an estimate in its place. We may change or withdraw features, and the service may be unavailable at times.
The app is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on a price, an estimate or a notification, including where data is delayed, incorrect or unavailable. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
